Product Features: |

- I noticed some of the products had stones or pearls? What
are they?
- All design accents used in the production of A2Z products
are of the highest quality - including 'Swarovski' cut crystal stones and
synthetic pearls - we've minimized cost while delivering the highest possible
perceived value to all of our products.
|
- What type of fastener do the products have? Are all of
them the same?
- Fasteners may vary according to the design and size of the
item, wherever practical we use either a clutch back or a bar pin
attachment, similar to a safety pin, for our pins and brooches.
|
- Does the color wear-off of the pins?
- Under usual wear and tear there is no reason for these
quality pieces to lose their color and appeal. We've been creating similar
items for over 23 years and have not encountered any such concerns.

- How can I tell how large each product is?
- For your convenience, each image includes a calibrated
baseline at the bottom of each product shot. As you view our site, take a
moment to note the ruler inserted at the bottom of each image to determine
approximate size.

Customization: |

- Can we personalize these items with our organizations
name?
- These particular products are only available as they are
shown on the website – in the quantities as shown. We cannot offer
personalization at the low quantities offered.
- IF you need a customized order of greater quantity than
those levels shown on the website – please let us know your requirements
by email and we will look into the
possibility of doing a ‘custom’ order on your behalf – one of A2Zmemories
customer service representatives will respond within one business day to your
request.

- Can we make any alterations to the products, or are they
just as they are illustrated? Are any alternate plating colors available? Are
any alternate 'enamel colors' available? Can we make the product bigger, or
smaller, or change colors?
- These products are only available as they are shown on the
website, in the quantities as offered. That includes the size, plating
and enamel colors. Please check back with us in the future, we may offer them
with some variation.

Shipping: |
|
|
- What method do you use for shipping?
- In general we use UPS for the US and Canada Post (Expedited
Parcel) for shipments in Canada. For other parts of the world we will
determine the best method. Based on costs & delivery schedules, we may vary
our method of shipping from time to time.

- Do I have to sign for the package?
- For many of the packages, we do require a signature. We
don't want your valuable purchase to go missing!
|
- Does the shipping charge include insurance?
- Generally speaking, we do include insurance on most of our
shipments – up to a certain limit in some cases.

- What happens if my order is lost in the courier?
- As is the case with any other shipping company, you can
contact them directly, or you can email us the information and we can see if
we can resolve it at our end.
|
- How long should it take for my shipment to arrive?
- Generally speaking, you should receive your shipment in the
US or Canada in about 2 weeks (based on day of the week ordered, quantity of
product on hand, production schedule, and shipping company timeframes)

- Will I get a tracking number?
- Yes, if one is available for the type of shipping method
used.

- How much is shipping?
- US Orders: $6.00 US per order and $1.99 per package (of 10,
25 or 50)
- Canadian Orders: $9.00 Canadian per order and $1.99 per
package (of 10, 25 or 50)
- For orders in other countries, please email us and we will
quote a shipping rate.
- On PayPal's shopping cart, the basic charge will be shown
as "Handling" and the per package charge will be shown as "Shipping".
Not the clearest method, but that's the way that PayPal words it!

Quantity and Pricing: |

- Can we purchase in smaller quantities?
- The smallest quantity shown for each item is its ‘minimum’
quantity – most products are available in packages of 10, 25 and 50. Wherever
production would permit, we have offered a very low minimum of only 10 pieces.

- Can we purchase in larger quantities? Is there better
pricing in larger quantities?
- If you have need of 250 or greater for any one design, we
are happy to consider providing you with additional discount – please let us
know your requirements by email and
we will look into the possibility of doing a ‘custom’ order on your behalf –
one of our customer service representatives will respond within one business
day to your request to advise if your request can be satisfied.

- What type of packaging does it come in?
- Each quality item is further enhanced with the inclusion of
a velveteen pouch as its packaging - similar to the one on the home page - a
perfect finishing touch.

- Are there any alternate packaging choices?
- At this time, all items are shipped with velveteen pouches
for that added touch of class.

- How do I pay for my purchase?
- Our website uses a shopping cart system put together by
PayPal.com. PayPal is owned by EBay and has over 60 million members in 45
countries worldwide. Their shopping cart software is used on thousands
of websites.
- We feel this is the most secure and confidential way to
conduct our internet transactions and trust that you will share our respect
for your security, thereby enabling you to relax and enjoy your shopping
experience with A2Zmemories.
- With your PayPal account, you can pay by any of the
following methods:

- What happens if I don't have a PayPal account, can I
still purchase from you?
- Yes, you don't need a PayPal account in order to buy from us.
When you get to the final step of the shopping cart, you can just enter your
credit card number and it will be processed by PayPal, still within its secure
environment, without having to open an account.

- Will you ever see my credit card information?
- No, all of the credit card transactions are handled by
PayPal - we do not ever see your credit card number. You choose to pay for the
goods and PayPal simply transfers us the money. We never see any of your
confidential credit card information.

- Can I pay by check, money order, or by credit card over
the phone?
- In order to keep our costs low and our service speedy, we
have chosen to have all orders go through the PayPal shopping cart.

- What currency am I charged?
- If you’re purchasing from the U.S., your prices are shown
in U.S. dollars.
- If you are in Canada, your prices have been conveniently
converted to Canadian dollars.
- If purchasing from anywhere else in the world, the pricing
will be shown in US $

- Will you protect my privacy as a customer?
- Yes, we will not rent, sell or give away your customer
information to any other company, organization, or individual.

- Yes, for your convenience, we use a cookie that remembers

time that you visit our website in the future. Further, it allows us to
determine the correct tax rate(s) to be used in the calculation of your

- Do you have a retail store which I can visit?
- Not at this time - in order to keep our costs and your
prices low, we have chosen to sell exclusively online. This way we
can deliver great savings because of our Factory-Direct pricing.

- Do you exhibit your product lines at any trade shows?
- No, not as A2Zmemories, but you may have seen some of our
products at recent trade shows since we sometimes incorporate various lines
from different designers. At this point, we are designing so many new
products, that it is hard to find the time to visit many trade shows.

suggestions for future product ideas?
- While we do not intend to focus on customized products, we
are always open to suggestions for products that may be of general interest.
If you have some suggestions, we would be happy to hear them, however, we can
not make any guarantees that we will manufacture your suggestion.
